Small Steps

“Make the decision, then do something - no matter how small - toward accomplishing what you want.”

Little steps lead to big changes. Today I worked out by watching a 10 minute kickboxing youtube video. I didn’t go to the gym because I have a lot of studying to do (notice I’m now on tumblr…) but it’s whatever. 10 minutes is better than no minutes.
